Surface Roughness Tester
Our company uses advanced surface roughness testing instruments to rigorously inspect the surface quality of each product. For the inner surface, we require the roughness to be equal to or less than Ra 0.4μm to ensure that the product maintains good fluid flow and low friction loss during fluid transmission. For the outer surface, the roughness must not exceed Ra 0.8μm to ensure a smooth and even appearance, as well as to enhance the product’s corrosion resistance.
Valve Leakage Testing
In order to ensure that our products fully meet quality requirements when delivered to customers, we perform strict leakage testing on every valve. Valve leakage testing is a critical step to ensure that the product has no leaks, effectively ensuring the safety and reliability of the valve in actual use.
We employ standard testing methods and perform comprehensive testing on each valve with a pressure of 10 bar. By simulating the pressure conditions of the actual working environment, we ensure that the valve will not experience any leakage during normal use, thus preventing equipment failure or safety hazards caused by leakage issues.
Stainless Steel Material Tester
Our company uses advanced stainless steel material testing equipment to ensure that the material of every product meets strict quality standards. As a manufacturer of stainless steel valves and pipe fittings, ensuring the material quality of our products is one of the core aspects of our quality control process.
Through precise material testing, we can thoroughly analyze the composition and quality of the stainless steel, ensuring that each batch of products uses high-quality stainless steel that meets industry standards. This process effectively prevents issues such as corrosion, insufficient durability, or performance problems caused by substandard materials, thus ensuring the stability and reliability of the products during long-term use.
Package
First, individual products are placed in foam bags, then in designated cartons, and finally packed into pallets or in export wooden boxes. Each link is strictly and meticulously carried out to avoid any mistakes and to avoid damage to products during transportation.
