The sanitary condenser is used for sampling any clean steam, high purity steam or water for injection distribution system. The cooling water is connected to the site by quick connection of the clamp. The whole sampler can be sterilized by sterilizing kettle. The product has the advantages of compact structure, high heat transfer efficiency, easy cleaning and long service life.
Most of the water vapor in the boiler and thermal system has a high temperature, so it is not easy to sample, nor is it easy to detect, and should be cooled in the sampling, so the sample should be introduced into the sampling cooler for cooling, and the general requirement is to ensure that the flow rate is 500-700mL/min, the sample can be taken below 30-40 degrees. To meet the standards of the People’s Republic of China power industry DL/T 457-91, the sampling pipe should be stainless steel pipe, not carbon steel pipe or brass pipe, so as to avoid the sampling medium will be corroded by the metal in the pipe during the sampling process. Clean steam is collected for laboratory analysis. Water sampling cooler is suitable for high temperature liquid and vapor body and other media sampling, sampling cooler adopts spiral tube type (commonly known as: snake coil type) surface cooling structure.
