Product Structure and Working Principle
The sanitary exhaust valve mainly consists of components such as the valve body, upper cover, valve stem, float ball, and exhaust nozzle. Its working principle is to use the buoyancy of the float ball to control the opening and closing of the exhaust nozzle:
When there is gas to be discharged in the pipeline, the gas enters the valve cavity under the action of water pressure and is discharged from the exhaust nozzle.
When the liquid in the pipeline fills the valve cavity, the float ball rises under the action of buoyancy, blocking the exhaust nozzle and achieving sealing.
During the normal operation of the pipeline, the air in the liquid continuously enters the upper part of the valve cavity, forcing the float ball to descend. The gas is discharged from the exhaust nozzle, and then the float ball returns to the sealed position.

Applicable Temperature: Generally in the range of 0°C – 70°C or – 20°C – 100°C.

Product Packaging Instructions
