Sanitary filters are used to filter solids from fluid processes. The mesh is designed to be porous enough not to clog too easily, but still can prevent large solids from passing through, the size of the mesh depends on the medium material, usually we can produce mesh specifications from 1000 mesh to 10 mesh. We carry two different styles of filters (inline filter and side inlet filter), each with unique features that make them suitable for a variety of stressful situations. It is recommended to place the filter after the pump, as inhalation may damage the filter core. In addition, it is very important to prevent leakage of the filter at the weld, and sometimes leakage will occur where the nut is tightened, so our products will undergo a strict leak test, the test pressure is about 10 bars.
Product Packaging Instructions：
Each product is first individually packaged in a foam bag, then carefully placed into a designated carton. Finally, it is palletized or packed in an export wooden crate. The entire packaging process is rigorously executed to prevent any damage during transportation.
