Description
A check valve is a valve that prevents the flow of fluid back and ensures the flow of fluid is perfect. The check valve opens when the pressure under the stem exceeds the pressure above the stem and the spring force. When the upper and lower pressure of the valve stem is balanced, the valve will be closed. Sanitary check valves are widely used in food, beverage, dairy products, pharmaceuticals, beer and other industries.
Working principle
When the pressure of the fluid is greater than the pressure of the spring, the check valve opens.
A higher reverse pressure will act on the stem to close it.
Check valves are used in stainless steel piping systems to prevent fluid backflow.
