一、Overview of plate heat exchanger
- Plate heat exchanger is an ideal equipment for indirect heat exchange and cooling by two kinds of fluids with different temperatures through the plate surface. - Plate heat exchanger is used in food and beverage processing :
(1) All kinds of dairy products: fresh milk, milk powder, milk beverage, yogurt,etc;
