In the piping system, the stainless steel elbow is the part that changes the direction of the pipeline. The main difference between stainless steel elbows and carbon steel elbows is that the material is different, and the chemical composition contained in it will keep the surface of the elbows from rusting for a long time and will not be corroded. According to the Angle, there are 45°C, 90 °C and 180 °C three common types. In addition, according to the engineering needs, other abnormal Angle elbows such as 60 °C are included. The methods of connecting the elbow to the pipe are: direct welding (most commonly used), flange connection (pipe pressure is high), hot melt connection, electric melt connection, threaded connection and socket connection. According to the process is divided into: welding elbow, stamping elbow, push elbow, casting elbow, forging elbow, clamp elbow and so on.
