一、Overview of plate heat exchanger
- Plate heat exchanger is an ideal equipment for indirect heat exchange and cooling by two kinds of fluids with different temperatures through the plate surface. It has the characteristics of high heat exchange efficiency, high heat recovery rate, small heat loss, small floor area, flexible combination and assembly, simple operation, convenient installation and disassembly, long service life, low investment and safe use.
- Plate heat exchanger is used in food and beverage processing ：
(1) All kinds of dairy products: fresh milk, milk powder, milk beverage, yogurt,etc;
(2) Plant protein beverage: peanut milk, milk tea, soybean milk, soybean milk

(3) Juice drinks: fresh fruit juice, fruit tea, etc;

二、 Structure of plate heat exchanger
The structural components of plate heat exchanger are double support frame type: mainly plate, heat exchanger rubber, fixed pressing plate, movable pressing plate, upper / lower guide rod, strut, clamping screw assembly, rolling parts, connecting pipe, etc.
三、Plate of plate heat exchanger
- How many plates are needed in a plate heat exchanger depends on its
type and square area. The gap between adjacent plates forms the channel of
fluid.
The plate is made of SUS304 stainless steel or SUS316L stainless steel
or special plate after cutting and pressing into various corrugated shapes,
generally including wavy and herringbone plates.

Product Packaging Instructions：
Each product is first individually packaged in a foam bag, then carefully placed into a designated carton. Finally, it is palletized or packed in an export wooden crate. The entire packaging process is rigorously executed to prevent any damage during transportation.
