Spray balls are used in the beverage industry for internal cleaning of cans and pipes. Rotate vs. Fasten/latch
Just like the rotating arms of electric fans, rotating spray balls offer cleaning advantages over fixed or pin CIP systems. A rotating spray ball will spray distance and force better than a fixed spray ball, and can produce a scrub-like effect and provide better coverage. A fixed spray ball may not provide enough impact, or if any corners happen to be blocked, especially in a mashing bucket or brew pot, it often creates a “dead spot” that needs to be manually cleaned.
In addition, the rotary cleaning ball uses less washing liquid at low pressure, so it is an effective alternative to the traditional fixed spray ball. Product Packaging Instructions：
