4, during the installation, please do not use the actuator part of the valve as the lifting point to avoid damage to the execution equipment and accessories, in addition to the horizontal or vertical direction of the pipeline.
5, the pipeline near the installation point shall not be low or bear the phenomenon of external force, and the deviation of the pipeline can be eliminated with pipe supports or supports
Attention:
Ball valve in the closed state, there is still pressure fluid inside the valve body
Disconnect the power or air supply before servicing
Detach the actuator from the support before maintenance
It is necessary to make sure that the upstream and downstream pipelines of the ball valve are clearly relieved of pressure before disassembly and decomposition
During decomposition and reassembly, care must be taken to prevent damage to the sealing surface of the parts, especially non-metallic parts, and special tools should be used to remove the sealing ring
The bolts on the flange must be tightened symmetrically, step by step and evenly during assembly
Detergent should be compatible with rubber parts, plastic parts, metal parts and working media (such as gas) in ball valves. When the working medium is gas, the metal parts can be cleaned with gasoline (GB484-89), and the non-metallic parts can be cleaned with pure water or alcohol
During assembly, it is not allowed to have metal debris, fiber, grease (except for specified use) dust and other impurities, foreign bodies and other pollution, adhesion or stay on the surface of the parts or into the cavity.
The stuffing should be locked again
If there is a microleak at the packing, lock the stem nut again
Be careful not to lock too tight, usually lock 1/4 circle to 1 circle, the leak will stop
